Grand Marnier French Toast. Need I say more? Ok probably. I was braced for cuteness overkill when my wife begged for a B&B stay…but my fears were quickly put to rest. When we showed up, Bobbi (the hostess) greeted us with lemonade and chocolate chip muffins straight out of the oven. Gooey and warm. The rest of the stay was that level of contentment. Every detail was taken care of, every “extra” perk thought of in advance, and I slept like a log all night. This was one of the most genuinely relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. The antiques and Victorian stuff doesn’t do much for me, but my wife loved it all.
